Cleaning congestion in the pelvis, relaxing tense muscles, bringing circulation to the womb and normalizing hormone levels can support fertility and sustain a healthy pregnancy.  A holistic approach with attention and care of our pelvic landscape can stabilize a distressed system both physiologically and emotionally. I offer sessions that can process loss, difficult births, or lingering pelvic pain from surgery. With the belief that our bodies are resilient, our sessions offer you time to listen to yours and reconnect with it.

I take the time to know and understand you and your body, so that I can best be of service to you. I believe that by nourishing you with a gentle and empowering experience of healing, you will find the relief, acceptance and ease you deserve. I acknowledge my clients for who they are and give them permission to just “be” during our sessions. The presence I practice in sessions is a deep form of listening that creates an authentic opportunity for my clients to experience a shift and relieve the suffering from the scars left by emotional experiences unresolved or hidden away.
